Torque specifications for exhaust manifold on 91 NA

The reactive exhaust manifold is the technical name for the part, it is the first piece of the stock exhaust system on an NA and bolts up to the housing. there are four bolts and my haynes repair book doesn't state the recommended torque. i've looked in the exhaust section, at the start of the chapter they list torque specifications and at another spot in the book they have a whole list, nothing. the only torque specifications on any exhaust component is for the front part of the main converter. i need to know this because i'm switching out the old gasket for a new one, i'll probably just tighten the bolts up without cranking the hell out of em if i can't find it out, shouldn't do any damage to the housing... :/

thanks for any help

14-19 foot pounds.
Run a tap into the hole first and use anti-seize.
