get us a pic with the mesh painted black! I am impressed with your work. How did you fill in the edges where you cut?

Nobody has asked yet... what did you use for the support piece?? Aluminum sheet w/rivets to the windage tray?

I am doing CNC with flat aluminum panel w/plastic core at work.. I'm going to be doing a TON of stuff with my car. New defelctor panel, raidator shrouding, and windage tray are first. I can't wait- it'll look SO clean.

I have cut the grill out, but I will do the bottom next- that looks great! (I've got a nice big lip)
Oh, and MADA07, it looks like you just cut out the grill.
Scott89t2 cut out the bottom of the air dam as well- it's just his lip that goes across the entire air dam

Beautiful job man...I was thinking of doing the same thing (S4 though). I'm not quite sure though...I think I'm gonna get the Demonspeed lip so I might leave the bottom portion of the lip, but I'll take out the middle grill. Heck...maybe I just might go with the stock aero kit and paint all the urethane (spelling?) pieces the same as the body (but then I'm gonna need a bit more of a drop up front...something like the 3/4" shock mounts).

Anyway not to try to hi-jack your thread ....GREAT JOB! I especially like how you hid the FMIC...I've always wondered how to do that if I went turbo. I'm all about stealth ...and a clean OEM Factory special style look.
