tinting pics wanted

I'm trying to decide how dark to tint my windows, if you have any pics of your FC with tint, post 'em and include what % you did. I'm thinking 35%-20% but can't decide.

You are aware that 35 is too dark in most states, let alone 20?
Anything darker than 50 is illegal here.
Please check your local laws/regulations on tinting before committing to a certain amount.

if you need to see out of your hatch at night you probably don't want to go darker than 35%.

35 will still be tough in an fc to se out the back the greater the angle of the rear window differs from 90 the darker it looks, my friends truck was fine with 10 on the back but in a fc with 20 on the back the rear window is almost useless at nite, you can make out headlights and police lights lol

20% is just about right for all sides in my opinion.

I have 5% on the back and 20% on the sides. It was supposed to be 35% on the sides but i found out differently when i took it to get inspected. The back is a little difficult to see out of if there is no light around but you cant see in it either unless you have a very powerful flashlight. If you dont want people to be able to check out what is in your hatch area 5% is the way to go. I have been pulled over for lots of stupid things and i've never been harrassed about my tint. A cop was not busy enough to pull me over b/c he thought my lights were too bright but he didnt mention the tint. As for getting around any tickets and inspection i just pull the windows out and put a friends in. Takes 25-30 minutes max. I'll probably just buy a set of windows from a wrecked car this year to keep around. Not everbody will agree but i think tint is one of the best investments. I could never have another car without it. Thats my .02

I had always thought the idea of windows was so that you could see out of them

Don't forget that tinting is made so that it is easier to see out of the car than into it. If you look into a car with tinted windows, you'll see far less than if you look out of that same window.

Thanks you guys, looks like i'm probably going to go with 35% on the back, but now I'm still not sure about sides if I want 20 or 35

Yes I am aware of tinting regulations, as well as many others I'm currently breaking, but thanks for the heads up

1SxyRXy - that looks awesome!
