TII tranny?

TII tranny?

i got a "turbo II" tranny and i cant tell if its an s4 or s5..is there any way of telling them apart?

the mount point on the transmission itself is a "v" shape on the S5 with 4 mount bolts, the S4 has a flat mount point with only 2 mount bolts.

awesome thank you! i just looked and it have a V so its an s5...is there any easy way of bolting it into a 88s4? im doing a turboII swap, i dont yet have a engine

you will need the bracket that mounts to the chassis from an S5 TII also, if it doesn't have it.
