tII swap help?

Ok, So I am NEW to rx7's but am fascinated. I have a 1990 vert' (s5) and I also have a 1988 tII swap complete except for ecu. I want to know if the wiring harnesses will match up my in car harness to the motor harness? Also I want to know if my power steering from my s5 na will mount up to my s4 tII

If it didn't say anything about not being able to use the power steering pump, then I'm guessing you can. Why don't you just see if it will work? It should take about a minute or two to look at it. Use the T2 harness and ECU.

If the Power steering is ON the car that you are swapping the engine Into.then YES it will work,It bolts on to the engine.that is all you have to really worry about.
The Engine wiring though is gonna be a real Bitch..I suggest you Look at that in Detail first.
You can make the Engine into an S5,and use the S5 harness. That would be alot easier than trying to wire a S4 Into an S5.

That's basically it. You need to use S5 TII parts to have it work easily with your S5 NA chassis. S4 & S5 wiring is totally different, which means using S5 electronics is far easier. For what it's worth, you're swapping the hard way. Keeping within series is much easier.

To convert an S4 TII engine for use in an S5 NA car:

S5 TII ECU
S5 TII boost sensor
S5 TII AFM
S5 TII TB
S5 TII TPS
S5 NA or TII water temp sensor
S5 TII water pump housing
S5 TII front cover
S5 TII OMP (S5 NA OMP might work)

I might be forgetting something, but you'd then want to take the S5 NA emissions harness and make the small wiring changes to make it compatible with the S5 TII ECU. You can find details in the thread in my sig. The last post I put in S5 info.
