TPS would cause hesitation. Try adjusting it or look for a new/used one.

If you adjusted the TPS with the TB off the car then you must have removed the thermowax...cold start????? If not then the TPS probably is not adjusted right. It must be fully warm with the thermowax disengaged to adjust it correctly.

Todd

PS. As for the intercooler....I made a bypass pipe out of PVC so that you can make all adjustments with the intercooler off the car.

Yeah i removed the cold start the 3rd set of flaps. Could that be the reason of this problem? Also im not sure about my injectors in anything befor there brand new and im not sure about the volume there puttin out. If they were to high of volume could that be causing this cause it seems like its floodin till boost comes in. Also i have a tad of a exhaust leak after the first cat.

Akageal, How did you plumb the BAC line into the bypass pipe?

I believe the line you refer to (between the IC and BAC) is for the accelerated warm up valve. I removed that valve permanently and capped off the outlet at the BAC and at the IC. It disables the 3000 RPM startup sequence (I think that's the valev you are talking about). I have pics of it on the car...if I can find them i'll post.
