TII overheating

My TII is overheating when i run at trackdays.
I have a fmic and a godspeed aluminium radiator, stock turbo hood, other gearing for waterpump and running about 400hp.

I have tryied to lift the hood and also running without it.... have also sealed the area between the ic and radiator to keep the airflow in the right place.

Now i just don't know what to do. Anybody knows???

Maybe try an underdrive pulley? The waterpumps on the FC's cavitate around 5500 rpms.

Are you running the stock fan + shroud or an electric fan?

You need to make sure all the air entering the nose is directed to the radiator. The air seeks the path of least resistance. Seal off any opening that would let the air go around the radiator. Are you still using the undertray? You need it. Make sure your thermostat is a good oem mazda unit or use a gutted thermostat with a blocked water pump bypass passage.

I use the undertray, and also have sealed all the small holes...
I'm thinking of making an new alu undertray without the small holes.

How think is your FMIC? You may want to consider a V-mount.

I think it is 75mm, won't be able to use that one for v-mount.

I agree, you will probably want to start looking into v-mount setups. 75mm thick shouldn't be a problem, how long is it? Maybe try adjusting the location of the FMIC as well as changing the ducting to the rad. You'd be surprised what a difference good ducting makes in cooling.
