That's right, I'm parting with the TII. It has been a long sweet journey and I couldn't have been happier with the car, BUT....................
I'm picking up my FD tomorrow!! Woooohooooooo!!
For those who don't hate me now It's a 93 touring, Black with Tan Leather, 96k but in truly remarkable shape all around!!
Now I hafta start the modding all over again!

Ryde or Die
Yup, delivered it about an hour ago. Had no problem finding people who wanted it. They kinda came out of the woodwork.
Bonzai, riceburner, et al......
Yes, the 93 has gotten a bad rap. Any first year/overhaul production vehicle has some inherent bugs. I am a Service Director at a non-Mazda dealership and I am quite familiar with this phenomenon.
The engine itself it not what makes the 93 a risk. It's the ignored or overlooked peripheral support accessories, the neglect of proper care and maintenance of the vehicle, and the outright abuse and ignorance of the rotary engine, that often lead to failure.
Any weaknesses that have not been addresses already (ie. AST), will be done very quickly
I appreciate your cander, and concern.

93's indeed have gotten a bad rap. I bought mine in early 94, now has 70K on it, been making 295 to 334 rwhp the last 4 years. Expenses involved, AST replaced BEFORE the stock gave out, hell thats about all that I replaced before it went bad. Have the Mazdacomp rad, M2 intake, M2 med ic, dp, mp, PFS catback, efini y pipe, Apexi PFC, 99 spec turbos, springs, coilovers, brake upgrades all around, pullies, hks twin power ignition, mazdacomp clutch, 11 lbs flywheel.......having owned it for 8 plus years, it still puts a smile on my face every time I drive it. My daily driver is fun to.... 91 N/A.... and my other new toy is fun as well....89 TII making 230 rwhp.
Have fun with the 93, taken care of, you shouldn't worry.
