The CAS MAKES power. It outputs power TO the ECU, when it spins.
Pull the small plug off the ECU. Key to ON. The two wires on the far left of the connector should have batt power. Thats the black/white and White/Blue wires. The injector wires which are light green/red, light green/black, light green/white etc should all have batt power with the key ON.
If the injector wires don't have power, then the Main Relay isn't pulled in or one of the EGI fuses is no good.
If the black/white wire has no power the main relay isn't pulled in or one of the EGI fuses is bad.
IF the white/blue wire has no power it could be the room fuse or the BTN fuse bad.
If the main relay isn't being pulled in when the key is ON, then the ENGINE fuse is bad or the main relay has lost its ground.
If all those wires show batt power, then go to the middle plug and with the key to ON, BACKPROBE the Brown/White wire and see if it has approx 5vdc give or take a half volt. No five volts means SOMETHING is killing the ref voltage and the computer can't work if there is no ref voltage being made. Pin 2A on the middle plug. That same ref volage can be checked by pulling the boost/pressure sensors plug off and reading the brown/white wire in that plug with key to ON.
I assumed this was a series four car. Nobody wants to post what car they have. Got me.
The wires lined with red in the attached jpg, should all have power with the key ON. The plug should be pulled off the ECU when checking those wires with the key ON.
