Soul Assasin has a 10 second car, maybe he can give you some advice, his car is bad-***. Or if you just get a three rotor then you won't have to modify that as much to run 10's, of course you need big $$$ for that.

Freaky Monkey007,
Lightening and pushing 480-500HP. The fastest 7 runs 7.2s and I believe he runs a 3 rotor, 18-22K rpms, an ultralight car, and a good amount of boost.
The 12s are about all you want to push on a daily. After than you should stick with a drag car.
Definitly possible, but just like any other car you need some serious boost & fuel delivery running under the hood.
