Throttle cable question
So i found out that my throttle cable has been rubbing on my alternator pully/belt for god knows how long (was covered by the strut tower bar so i didnt notice). So now the cable sheath thing has worn thru and I cant drive the car because the area where the sheathing wore thru just bunches up and holds the throttle open. So anyways I was wondering if the NA throttle cable is different from the T-II cable because there arent any T-II's at the local yard but there are a couple NA's, and also if there is a difference between the CC and non-CC throttle cable.
Thanks
Oh yeah and also if there are any differences in the S4/S5 cable

Well, for one, the N/A throttle cable doesn't come anywhere near the alternator. Don't know about interchangability though.
Cruise and non cruise cars have the same cable, at least in N/A's. My throttle body, and my spare TB from another non-cruise car, both had the connections for the cruise throttle cable. Odd.

I bet this has been talked about before, but whats up with the TII throttle cable design? It's just retarded.. it doesn't need to snake around every last inch of the car and then finally go to the throttle body.
