auto s5 on dolly, pull front or backwards
I saw a recent thread on the 1st gen forum that said not to tow an auto on the rear wheels but to pull it backwards on the dolley due to some bearing wear.
So I'm putting a an auto car (91 auto)on a dolley in the next few days, do I need to pull it backwards?
Thanks
Joe

What they basically mean is that you should put the rear wheels and keep the front ones rolling up so you don't damage anything when towing the car on drive wheels.......if you are moving you car in and around your driveway you are ok........
How long of a drive is it? if long the manual recomends that you keep the rear wheels off the ground or disconect the propeller shaft. or you can tow with the front wheels on the ground/
