Throttle Body question?

Throttle Body question?
Ok, I read RTeds thread on the Throttle Body mod. He mentions plugging off the coolent flow into the TB, and plugging the hose comming from the bottom of the block. My questions:
1. Is the coolent flowing into the TB only for the TW Pellet?
2. To plug the line off the block, should I simply use a hose and c-clamp?
Thanks,
Chris

Seeing as how everybody is worried about this water pipe on the BAC.....it's used as a anti ice device and ALSO to keep the temperature of the bac coil at a more or less constant temperature. It's wirtten in the training manual I posted above. Fuel and emissions section. Page 4-53
