Thread size/pitch for garrett gt35r

Hi!
I wanna change my AN fittings to banjo bolts since its almost impossible to tighten AN.. Does anyone know the size and pitch on the oil in/out and water in/out fittings on a Garrett GT35R turbo?

I have googled it, but didnt find anything...

AN fittings are easy to tighten with the correct wrench. I got a standard flare nut wrench and then trimmed the end until it was a little less then a half hexagon. Works great in tight areas.

Accordint to ATP turbo, the water fittings are 14MM:

The oil inlet is 12MM:
