Don't most of the "drifters" on this forum use those crappy Ebay or over-priced / under-performing Japanese brands? I can't think of any drifters on this forum who use really good brands like Koni, Bilstein, Penske and JRZ. I think some of them do use the top quality Eibach springs on occasion, though.

I drift like a mad man, but i wouldn't call myself a professional or anything like that.

my setup:

-AGX KYB Adjustable Shocks - (externally adjustable so you hop out of ur car and tune ur settings to whatever)

-Eibach Prokit Lowering Springs - (lower the car an inch, and have a good spring rate)

-Tein Camber Plates

When drifting i set my rears to 7, and the fronts to 3 (fronts range from 1-4, rears range from 1-8, 8 being the stiffest)

I highly recommend this setup, i love it to death.

hahaha Evil Aviator... You know every "drifter" on this forum?

I got Tein RA coilover kit with 10kg springs in front and 8kg rear... Works great! (this is not a cheap *** ebay kit)

What alot of people, wether they know it or would admit it, equate a really good suspension setup for driving skills... IMO a Stock Suspension in good condition will work just fine. Our cars are throughbread sports cars and perform as such when working correctly.

If you want to make a useable suspension setup, go for a set of New Tokico Blues and a set of Eibach or RB Springs and repair whats broken, loose and worn on your stock suspension. and if you want a slightly stiffer suspension, Ive found that the Verts have a slightly stiffer spring then the coupes

Having personally owned tokico blues and kyb agx shocks/struts, I recommend the kyb agx instead. My tokicos didn't last long and as they went bad were completely useless. I have used 17 year old stock GXL shocks that worked better than new tokico blues. The KYB AGX shocks work great too with matching springs, the best combination I've personally experienced with them are the "RSR Race Springs" (not "RSR Down Springs"), I've also commonly seen RSR race springs sold with KYB AGX shocks in the FS section.
