No need to run the aux ports. Remove the sleeves and actuators.
You could also port the turbo LIM to fit the 6 port block and run the complete turbo intake setup.

No need for the actuators, just keep them open. I have the turbo tb setup and it runs great.

There's no room to keep the actuators unless you build your own manifold.

I've never built a 6 port turbo with working aux ports, but I plan to at some point by making a custom manifold and remote mounting the actuators. Should have the torque curve from hell...

by remote mounting the actuators do you mean modding them to open up at a certain rpm range like the "air pump" mod or something else, or if i want to just remove them would i have to block anything off or just remove the actualors and sleeves?

No, I mean remote mounting them. Take them off of the intake manifold and mount them somewhere that does not interfere with the turbo. Then connect them to the sleeves with some kind of cable (throttle cable, bicycle gear/brake cable, etc.).

If you want to remove them, you can just pull off the actuators and sleeves. There is no other choice if you intend to turbocharge the car with the stock turbo and manifold.
