For those with 3800 RPM hesitation...

Do you tend to shift at the 3800 just so you don't feel the lag? (in daily driving)

I do.

Or if I'm getting ready to floor it, I make sure to be above that RPM-range-of-the-damned.

I need to fix it, but for now, I live with it.

when i had my S4 turboII i bought a new resistor pack since mine was old and i figured why not see if a new one helped (87's and early 88's had low impedance injectors and needed a resistor pack)

so i just went and got a new resistor pack out of a junkyard and it fixed my 3800rpm problem.
