shouldn't have any effect on turn signals... That is the parking light wire output that is burnt.

and I have rebuilt headlight switches on my webstore... of course you would still need to buy a good condition wiring harness

Signals not working are generaly either bad bulb sockets (which is one of the causes for that problem in the light switch) or a bad CPU.

That is as long as the turn signal switch is the right switch for the series and is plugged in.

weird.............I did the TII swap and it never worked..........I drove it like that for a long time and I'm barely sitting down to fix it............i wish I had extra cash and time to do it all right......

I'll check out the CPU........The front turn signals are in a box (recently installed a new bumper) but I'll update this thread when I end up finding the prob.

My left turn signal was out of commision for a while. My dad had a look at the board and found what he called a 'cold solder'. He resoldered it and it's been working ever since!

There are a couple of things that fail on the board, "cold solder" joints being the most common where the pins for the plug meet the circuit board.

But its not uncommon to have a relay get gunked up on its contacts to the point of needing replacement, and there are a couple small transistors that tend to also get cold solder joints, overheat and short out.

well for the current draw, check to see what you really have and make sure the alt is wired correctly.

as far as the lights, if you only have the rear lights on, double check the rear left bulb is good
