Is there a way to re-install my FtP?

So when I bought my FC it didnt come with the FtP, and I just bought some ($10 ) and I was wondering how do you install it?

I hear that people just glue them back in, what would you recommend?

I had an aftermarket front bumper on my car when I bought it, they were in there with clear silicone. it looked fine and was easy enough to remove.
