Knight Sports S5 T2 ECU question

Hey guys,

I couldn't find much info on these chipped ECUs so I'll throw it out there..

I've got an S5 T2 engine [JDM, Mazda reman] and it came with a Knight Sports ECU [and an S5 NA ECU for some reason...]

The labeling is pretty worn down on the Knight Sports sticker but it says:

Top:
4•Beat
Resume

Middle:
VVThree lines on these middle 3, separated by slashes and the middle line being the hand written part
[1][312748][T/N/N.S.P][M/H/N.H.F][B/N/N.V][V-Max B./ / kg]
[SPC/FC3SB/C][D/97.7.2]
second slash^ is a slash, C could be O And 97.7.2 could be 9ku[as in the Japanese character].7.2

Bottom: KNIGHT SPORTS

The factory sticker is torn off
It also has this on the side:
2305
90.6.22
But I'm pretty sure the second part is just the mfg. date from Mazda..

Basically, I'm trying to find out if it's safe to run this on my car for any length of time.. If there's any way of figuring out what they've changed in it, or if it'd be safe anyway..
The only info I was able to find was that it will definitely work in a USDM car, and that it will almost certainly have the fuel cut removed..

Thanks for the help!

Sad Kittens!

Also, the sticker looks like this, but this is NOT mine:
So break it down and put these in, in order:
[1][312748][N][H][N][ ]
[FC3SB/C][97.7.2]
^C could be O And 97.7.2 could be 9ku[as in the Japanese character].7.2

Throw it in there and see what it does. I would suggest a wideband so you can see real time what's going on (lean/rich conditions).

My understanding is that most N374 ECU's do not work correctly in US cars. I have a Speedlab Performace chipped N374 and my car would run with it installed, however it would not boost? I installed an N370 ecu and have no problems.

Okey, I guess I'll try that.

Though I'm still hoping I can figure the ECU out before hand [the car's not all that close to running yet: If ya know what i mean]

This is the translation of the ecu that is on their site:
In specification with normal turbine or this corporation high flow turbine, response rise was designated as purpose, “4 BEAT TYPE BASIC”.The response and potential of the normal turbine are pulled out to the maximum.Ignition timing, executing the modification of the fuel map and the modification of setting of various limiters -.As for [reburimitsuto], it is possible to set to optional rpm not only cancellation.By the fact that the back matter boost controller is jointly used, it is suitable for the specification of front pipe and sport catalyst etc and the tuning which designates the use with high boost as prerequisite.

Send Knight Sport of Australia an e mail asking about the ecu limitations. This way no translation needed:
