Are there oil restrictor pills that work with factory oil feed?

I put vacuum to the nipple on the oil filler neck and never had that problem again. Threw away the restrictor pill.

+1 on checking the feed and return lines, make sure they are tight. Mine smoked a bit as well, at first, until i went back and did this. BNR Stage 2-3.

Do you have a stock rear oil pressure regulator on a fd/adjustable one?

Oil restrictors are normally for ball bearing turbos. I am going to run my stage 3 with no restrictor, but if it does smoke, I will be adding a restrictor.

I cut out a piece of metal to copy the stock flange and I drilled a hole in the center. Another member also made a good point to make sure your pcv system is properly hooked up

Also I have had oil smoking issues before from turbos. These turbo units are getting pretty old and now it is also good to keep in mind that not all turbo cores you use will still be good

u r saying the oils pressure regulator comes in stock with the car?
Anyway, I see there's minor leak still, I may run a vacuum to the oil filter nipple, see if it does the trick.

McMaster sells restictors, all sizes and sizes. You just need to know your thread size and pitch

The top and bottom is vacuum. I actually ran from the oil filler nipple to both. But either the top or bottom will work. These BNR turbos which is our stock CHRA centers don't need restrictor pills.
All my emissions have been removed. Brian at BNR told me to make sure I had vacuum to the oil pan.
Ran hard ever since no smoke.

If you do that, won't you have positive pressure under boost in the oil pan?

I noticed a lil smoke going from the vent on the oil filler neck after a few runs . Should I install a catch can and route to said vac nipple on the intake ? I'm running a holset hx-52 with a .65 restrictor at the turbo . Have 5/16 brake line bent and routed , and t'd off from my mechanical pressure sensor area . My oil pressure is good I believe ,30 or so at idle and high as 75-80. Thanks for any insight guys . I know you guys are talking bout hybrids and all but figure it's in the same kinda deal .

I ran my bnr with filler neck and block vented to atmosphere. I tried hooking up the crank vent once and it smoked quite a bit. Left it open to atmosphere.

Any updates on this, Im currently get a drop of oil on the bottom of the secondary turbo( Bnr stage 3 with only 1200miles on them) I have catch can installed, didn't help, running stock oil pressure. Looking into getting a oil restrictor.
