Is there anything special about Idemitsu motor oil?
This is the special rotary motor oil for sale on mazdatrix.com, just wondering if anyone has used it and what they think of it, thanks.

Seriously, what is special about it:
- It is specially formulated for rotary engines.
- It was used in the Mazda 787B endurance race car that won LeMans.
- It is made from good quality Group IV and V base stock.
Synthetic engine oil is intended more for race cars. It will not have any significant advantage in a street car unless it is operated in extreme temperature conditions.

farberio's comment is interesting, has there ever been a rotary that lasted 1 million miles without a rebuild or even with a rebuild and original rotor housing??
