Testing s5 rx7 air flow meter

Does anyone have the resistance values for a good s5 na air flow meter?I have a good hunch the afm is bad, and I want to confirm. Car starts idles perfect, but wont accelerate/rev. I was able to test s4 airflow meters before, so Im assuming someone has done it for the s5. Or if someone can link me to a fsm. thanks

Ive been searching for FSM to download but with no luck

A lot of the links are dead. Haynes manual doesnt have the afm test procedure

Probably not the VAF, but you can test for proper voltages. Should be 0.6-0.8v at idle and 4.4-4.7v at WOT. Not sure which pins, i dont have a diagram in front of me.
