Exclamation Tempo Alt Upgrade

Okay i read all the posts and threads, and flame wars about the taurus and tempo alt upgrades.

I myself am doing the tempo upgrade. I have an S4 rx7 and the tempo alt.... my alt came with wires:

A(yellow/white)
S(white/black)
I(green/red)

now i see ths tempo for s5 harness but i need to know on s4...

if someone who done the mod or that fully understands it could help that would be nice.... heres my diagram... i need to know where A and I go on the s4 harness....

A terminal (Yellow Wire): to Battery.
S Terminal: Loops back to single pin connector on alt
I Terminal (Green wire): to a 12v switched ignition source (horizontal pin on s4 alt connector is a good spot)

do i need to add anything as far as a fuse goes.... inbetween the (B) and the battery? and what size fuse if so?

i'm just needing as much info as possible cuz i installed the alt and plugged it up as stated in the steps as this link https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.p...ighlight=tempo and reading near the last page that the guy originally had the plugs wrong... so yesterday (the 2nd day having the alternator installed) i turn off the car get some gas at a 7-11 and get back in and te car doesnt start... just clicking from the starter engaging... i get a jump and rev in neutral.... sounds good... as i get on the road... and put on my turn signal the car starts to lose power.... and when i apply gas the car bogs... and ended up losing power while rolling and roll starting it with the clutch... i make it home...(i live around the corner from 7-11) and the car dies.. i push it into my drive way and the car wont turn... only clicks from the starter engaging...

i want to wire it to where the voltmeter in the car reads the alt voltage... i dunno, i'm frustrated. i'm tired of driving my mustang... and want to be in the 7... i'll have to charge the 7's battery and go from there.... but any information you can give me yeti will be appreciated... i read for days now trying to find a final solution to this... i wrote pages upon pages of illustrations documenting the install from others point of view and did it myself only to encounter problems...
