Im not exactly sure who did the rebuild before but its **** now... the housing is crap and the rotor has a chip as if someone took a hammer and chisel too it and the center plate got messed up too
im prolly goin to go with a reman

eww, rotary aviation/mcmaster carr coolant seals... i only use those on race motors that expect to be torn down in no more than 2 years because they just don't last much longer than that. they are nice because they are reusable though but the teflon capsule starts to break down in about that time period of daily use.
