TB differences, auto vs 5-speed

Just wondering if there is any difference between a S4 N/A auto and manual TB? I see that the one part (name escapes me right now, the white plastic cylinder on the back of the TB with vac nipples on it..) has 3 nipples for the auto, and only 2 for the 5 speed, but I assume the other could be capped. Other than that, is there any difference between an auto manual TB?

They look identical...that is why I am asking if there is any differences. The only difference I noticed in the 1 extra vacuum nipple.

the extra vac. nipple goes to the auto transmission for shifting. you can just cap it off, no one is better than the other.
