TB 2nd plate damper vacume line?

TB 2nd plate damper vacume line?
When I did the TB mod (without removing the cold start, just the plates & bar) I created a vacume leak. There is a damper attached to the TB for the secondary plates that had a vacume line that went somewhere. Anyone know where the line would have went?

No one seems particularly interested in this thread. Stupid question? Don't understand? I think the damper on the secondary throttle plates took vacume from somewhere. I'm not sure where. The damper is on the side of the TB closes to the front of the car. It's closer to the passenger side of the car too.
