Hi I want to know if JDM and USDM tail light are direct replaceable?

They're the same.

However fyi: convertible tails are different from the coupes.

And EDM(Europe) tails are different from the rest.

 

Just an add in case the OP wasn't aware S4 & S5 lights are different & he may have thought the S5's are JDM. I have had alot of people ask me where I got JDM tails when in fact they are just S5.

there was a write up explaining this. i saw it last night. it wasnt on here, on another website. It was def. an older write up though. kinda short. but still good. the pics werent that good either. but the info inside was really good.

I've never researched it, but just from pics I always assumed Euro tails were the same as verts? But with a different license plate holder.

 

Found 3 lenses and a bracket with a bulb for the license plate reclocation.

 

Just to add this in:

Yes EU tails are different, but connectors are plug n play. No wiring mods required (on an S5 at least, don't expect different from S4). JDM and USDM do have an extra 2 holes for the licence plate light though.
