Can someone read this rotary compression test for me? Help

looking to buy another RX7. Seller Stated - "minimum of 250 rpms on the graph on the tester, but I could only get 202-204 with the battery I had"
And these were the videos sent to me. I don't know how to read these testers.
Please someone help it seemed like it drove fine but I'm unsure if it's a ticking bomb. I also attached a video on how it's sounding. (91 vert).
thank you

How many miles? Has the engine been rebuilt? Read this chart for normalized numbers for cranking speed. Go to the side on 5.xxxwhatever bar it tested, then scroll over to the right to what the cranking speed was. You will see all of your results are in the red zone.

I’ve seen engine rebuilds with low compression like this (not great housings and atkins solid corner seals) which will still run and drive fine but can be easier to flood. Fuel pump cutoff goes a long way.

idk how much you’re trying to spend but the engine is getting tired for certain. I would use that to bargain. If you’re looking for something real heathy that you won’t have to touch— keep looking. I should also point out the linked test is only readings for half of the engine. Those readings tell you front or rear compression. Not sure if he clarified which this was or perhaps sent a vid for the other half of the engine.
