When I try and do a carfax report, it says 'Invalid Vin'

 

That is a T2, you can tell by the hood scoop. Unless some fucktard put a T2 scoop on a NA car.

I'd guess that they typed the VIN wrong. You might email them to double check it. If it's right, I'd stay faaar away from it.

 

Well yeah, i saw the hoodscoop. But what through me off, is that they said its a automatic.

i seen one like that here in florida, hood scoop and all, profile just says the phone number has around 38k miles on the car, they just pulled it from storage, and are only askin $1900 for. by the pic, it looks like an 88 t2, i'm gonna give them a call, see if its legit, if so, then i'll have me a new toy

 

If tis an auto don't even think about buying it. Its definitly not a turbo (hence the price.)

 

Definatly an NA, for several reasons, 4 lug wheels, automatic, no side skirts, and it's been repainted, as the turbo 2 stickers aren't there-(sounds like a perfect time to paint the hood and the mirrors). It's probibly a gxl someone spent lots of money to make it look like a turbo. All turbo's came with fog lights too right?

yeah definitely a non-turbo. 4lug wheels and it's been repainted because all the stickers are gone/painted over. so some fucktard got a hold of an automatic N/A and 'spiced it up' a bit. i'd rather throw rocks at my '90 convertible than waste money on a car like that, which has god only knows what done to it by the previous (and stupid....) owner..

no it's a red body painted sunroof (unless the sky was red.... but idk - it could happen??)

the reflection off of it is the same color as the rest of the car, so i think it to be normal and body colored.

just what my eyes tell me, though.

i'm putting a truboii on my n/a, i am not a ***, i know it will not go faster but i like the way it looks and it let's air in the bay.

 

it looks to be an SE someone just added the TII parts too, for asthetics, or whatever reason. There is no automatic turbo 2nd generation in the states, unless you made one. Or have a JDM car here.
