Yes.
But it is generally agreed that it is cheaper to just sell the NA and but a TII.
You would basically need a TII donor car, as you need the engine, turbo, ECU, wiring, and entire drivetrain.

http://hypntyz.rx7life.com/tech.htm Dont know if that will help or not, I havent even looked at it yet, to be honest.......
Talk to a guy named SonikRat here on the forum. He just finished his. It has been a real headache. Trust me, it is just sooooooo much easier to save up the $$ for a TII. Sell your car, and take the $$ for your TII drivetrain, and just get a S4 TII.

you don't need the entire T2 drivetrain, you can suffice with the N/A. You just need the clutch/flywheel/counter-balances from the NA. Here's pretty much the list:
turbo engine (same series as your car)
Boost sensor
T2 ECU (same series as your car)
turbo knock sensor
turbo throttle cable
turbo fuel pump
turbo downpipe/midpipe or pre-cat, or complete exhaust
turbo inlet duct
turbo hood (or front mount intercooler)
and various other things, but those are all I can think of at the moment, I'm about 80% through with the conversion myself.
