take off the interior panel off the sunroof... you will see some bolts holding the outside panel, see if they are loose. try that first

your linkage cable on the left side is snapped replace that.....

you will have to take out your roof interior to take out the whole sunroof assembly. I'd recommend you getting a new assembly instead of replacing the cable only. its cheaper too.

My sunroof was working fine until the other day, i went to open it, and it slanted up on the drivers side, but the passenger side barely moved, almost like it came off the track or something, I guess I'll try and get the panel off soon.

I have the same problem. If you pull/push on it then you can get it up/down, not in any particular matching order.

what about my sunroof?

my sunroof will not raise up that first part...I have to give it a helping push to get it started.

its normal to give it that push for an old car, the least thing you can do is clean the tracks (especially at the front of it). linkage cables cost about 127CDN,

when you go to the junkyard for a sunroof make sure you bring an allan key to test out the roof since most of the time the car battery is dead.
