Ok long story but im suing my mechanic for not replacing the PD...Couple days after he soposevly put one in I took off the intake only to find that my OLD gold crusty PD is still in thier...

My ? is what coler are they now. I know mazda changes things like this. Im taking him to small claims to have him pay for it but knowing if the new ones are any different would really help my case. Thnx

Come on guys. I already took care of the paper work. I just need to know this. I have talked to him and so has a guy from the bearue of automotive repair...

This guy is a total dick ok. So far he has done nothing right to my car. He replaced a dirty injector with a dirtier one from my car that I bought over the internet ( ripped off) Bad clutch and tranz work. The used tranz he put in was ****...grinds evertime in reverse and clunks in 2nd and third when cold...He put 2 gaskets on lower manifold when he rebuilt the engine wich caused intake leak for 1.5 years until I found out...And I got an oil leak on front cover. I dont think he changed the gasket. Anyways the only thing he did right was rebuild my engine wich im thankfull for. Its making almost 160rwp and more the next time I go to the dyno. Stock port.

I bring my car to him wile it was thrashed , gutted with stickers. I gave him the opinion that I didnt care and had money to waste. This is not the case. Ive been building it ever since and its starting to look mint and making more power. Hes an old idiot punk and Im going to sue his *** now. Tired of getting bullshit ansewers from him.

ps:i bought a new pd-its been a while,thou,and i sold it couse i went with the banjo bolt.but,i think it had a green cap on it[s4]....dont take that to court,thou....

Yes im happy to sue and get my money back that he took from me because he will not give it if I ask him. Thats why I have to sue him.

 

Dude YOU let him put the used tranny in, why would you ever let him put in a USED clutch? Why did YOU keep going back? Did he bill you for new gaskets? Half of this is your fault

 

Because he get used tranz for 225 from a reputable guy and has been doing it for years. The clutch is not used. The flywheel is glazed my fault but he failed to ispect it like he told me he would. I dont care about that really. I know whats giong on I just want to know about the PD if its any different than the older ones from mazda

 

You still let him put in a used transmission that you have never seen. Your fault.
