Suggestions: Removal of Front Pulley Bolt

I need some help here, I have used my impact wrench and can not get it to come loose. I also had a friend get in the car and hold down the brake while I put a 3 foot breaker bar on it and still have not been succesfull.

Any Suggestions??

Search. We've covered this several times in the last month.

But long story short, it's tightened to 90 ft-lbs at the factory, with plenty of Loctite. You will find that you may have to heat it to release the loctite, then find the biggest impact you can. Some builders also just crank down on it with an impact instead of following the factory torque (shame, shame), so you may have one of those engines. Try renting a 1000ft-lb impact. That makes short work of almost anything.
