Suggested TOB, oil PSU, and oil cooler lines
Alright, so I haven't been able to find a thread yet that satisfies my questions/needs below
I need to replace my oil PSU as well as my TOB very soon and need some suggestions on brands. I've heard that getting an aftermarket oil PSU is best for reliable, long lasting, and accurate readings; if you believe the same please give a recommendation on brand please.
I also need to know of the most reliable TOB; recently replaced mine with one that came in an Exedy clutch kit I installed almost a year ago and it seems as though it's already going out, and fast.
willing to settle for stock replacements too, just trying to find most reliable...
(plenty of other things needed too, but in this economy, the most I can do is prioritize, give as much tlc as possible, and do my best to ensure she gets me to work)
Also:
Can someone send me specs on what size fittings and threads to get when buying an after market oil cooler line kit to hook up to the stock cooler on an non-turbo. These banjo bolts have cost me plenty of $$ in leaking oil and has made 60% of everything under the hood nice and nasty lookin with oil over the last couple of years. Replaced lines and plenty of seals trying to get them to stop leaking and trust me, it's very obvious that it is leaking at the seals.
My 87 Rx7 coupe non-turbo is one of my pride and joys asside from my passion for my IT career. She's my everyday driver (70mi/day) and always needing TLC. I do a LOT of my own work to her, except for hooking up all A/C parts and suspension. Any help would be much appreciated!

Shopping list for oil cooler hoses:

My change to keep the A/C:

It's barely cheaper to build your own vs. buy a premade one.

awesome, thank you both for the suggestions. I'm definitely looking to replace some of these things very soon. Unfortunately I found that the sound I thought was coming from a bad TOB was actually my Tranny saying it's good-byes, I barely made it home today with it. It started locking me out of gears real bad and noises became very intensified on my home from work. I've always kept up on fluids, and could never get on it hard anyway since over the last couple years of synchronous gears were going out, I think it was just time...
oil Pressure Sending Unit srry, should have quoted it
I'll try to remember to get the audio uploaded of the sounds the tranny was making, it sounds pretty bad. Especially when I'm pushing on the theoretical "wall" that keeps me out of lower gears while still rolling at high-medium speeds (eg. trying to down shift into 2nd at 30-40mph is my worst) as well as building speed in any gear. Oooo it sounds nasty in person.

Ah, I didn't know what a PSU was either ( at least, not in this context).
Unless you install a sandwich adaptor in the oil filter pedestal, your options are limited to the stock unit because of it's long, built in standoff (it has to clear the water temp sensor).
There's nothing wrong with the stock sending unit, especially if you're using the stock gauge.
