I have a Haltech e6k. i dont think this is related at all with the haltech but just in case..
I have NO Fuel Pressure, No Tach signal, No spark, No power windows,
Lights work though.

The Engine Fuse hooks up to the ignition system, fuel pump, charging system, and EGI system.
The power windows are controlled by the 30A Power Wind fuse.
If they're both not working, but your headlights are (horn working? if so this is another sign) check your 80A Main Fuse (engine bay). The 80A Main Fuse hooks up to pretty everything but the lights, horn, and power door locks.
The ignition switch being disconnected/bad could cause this. What happens when you turn the key? Anything?
Check for the X-23 connector being plugged in. It's a black single blade connector about 6 inches below the engine bay fuse box. Check to make sure you're getting 12V at the ignition switch.
