Stuff behind dash

What stuff behind the dash don't I need?

I don't want A/C and I want to make my car as light as possible.

This car will mostly be for racing but I also plan to drive it a little on the streets.

AC, heater, heater box, heater blower are the big things, speaker amp, power steering computer, all the duct work.

Really not a lot of stuff for a lot of work.

would I have to keep any of the heater things to get the excess heat out of the engine bay or doesn't it matter?

Owatonna, about 60 miles south of Minneapolis

I think I might just take it all out since it doesn't matter

How is the guage cluster set up? I would remove my dash completely if i had an easy way to keep the guage cluster/controls easily accessable, and if i could defog my windows as well my dash has been out 2x

currently the cluster just rests on the sterring collom. the cluster surrond with hazards etc is duct taped to the cluster. I plan on putting back the dash, I just haven't. I would like to not have the stock dash eventually.
