60K mile Tune up,
Good tires (and wheels if you are stuck with 14 inchers)
Driving school

Those are good investments to being faster.

the other things you list are pretty useless unless you do those three I just mentioned first.

Take it easy with the question marks. Last time I checked, to make a statment a question, all you needed was a single question mark.

Like so:

Where is the dog? <--- One Question mark.

I hate to do the but CENTER statement is spelled s-t-a-t-e-m-e-n-t not s-t-a-t-m-e-n-t.

OK?

Yeah the mods are good for starts, but go to your closest SCCA event and participate in the Instructor Open track time.

This must be the silliest post of all times. What the hell, dude? Steve's dog and moustache there?

Makes me feel kinda dumb, sitting here trying to be all on topic, running searches, watching not to post anything too stupid, maybe *contributing* something now and then...

And moustache, try reading all the posts before starting some big flame war... You're not gonna make any friends that way. "Money bitches"? "Over the hill"?

Your starting off on way the wrong foot. No flaming in this forum.

Consider this your first warning.

I would start out by getting rid of the stock cats(either straight pipe, or highflow cat, whatever). if you have a turbo, get a downpipe. if N/A, and you can afford it, I'd get a header/presilencer. than ad a cat-back to that.

then, if N/A get an intake. just one of those cheap ones on ebay or something. its useless to spend $100 + for some Bonez thing or something, where the only advantage you get is a mounting bracket.

I wouldn't worry about new flywheel untill you need to replace the clutch. it will be a PITA to install.

and I'd upgrade the stock shocks/struts and springs before getting bars of any sort. and new bushings(something I still need to do). then you'll probably start to figure things out.

hope this helps

haha, ive got a downpipe (bond's downpipe?) already, its an N/A
ive got a $73 cone air filter
and im so mad, right when we got the car, we got the cluch replaced, before i ever thought about a good one.so i have a new standard RX-7 cluch. but, the new shocks would help? mine are pretty much gone.
its good to know i started by getting the right stuff.

by the way, my town has this shop that modifys high performance imports, they didnt say it was bad for a n/a.

also, the main thing i like to do is just accelerate fast, like from a complete stop to the speed limit, so what would be some good mods to help that be more fun...like a flywheel

Flywheel, 6 puck clutch, 4.3 rear-end, header, 6 port sleeves, cold airbox, or mount it up behind the bumper, full straight through exhaust, some sticky tires so you don't go spinning them, if that's not enough to keep you busy for a while, slap on a nitrous kit.
