Angry streetported TII problems ... need advice

I just recently picked up a streetported s4 TII convertible. It has compression, and i did drive it about 5 miles to get it home, but its having major vacuum problems

i had the vacuum tested and its obviously a leak somewhere. once that is cured, people have been telling me that i have to upgrade my fuel pump and injectors in order to keep the engine from exploding due to lack of gas.

so i was planning to upgrade the fuel pump to a Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump w/ Install Kit, as well as 720cc injectors. I picked up a SAFC-II to manage it, and ill get a wideband to tune it.

as of right now the car will only start when cold. after that it wont start till about a half hour later. Im guessing because the lack of fuel being pumped through, as well as the lack of vacuum to pull it with.

all emmisions have been removed as well, the thermowax is gone too.
All this being said, does it sound like i have all my basses covered? Im completly new to TII engines, and ive asked several people what to do including a self proclaimed "master rotary mechanic"

i posted in a couple of other sections of the forum, and i really appreciate your help. i just dont know what to do atm.

thanks everyone

mos def.
the vaccum only hits standard pressure at 2000rpm. at idol the thing is prectically zero and eventually stalls out within minutes. I planned on replacing the injectors when i replaced all the vacuum hoses, so i wanted to know if my list would have my car actually running ahead of time lol

Is this the white one, with the kit on it?

I went and checked it out and noticed there was no vac line on the BOV (it was a while ago so it could be fixed by now). I don't think it's the cause of your problems, but something that should really be fixed.

need RX7, you're quote from Aaron Cake is amazing... Just had to put that in there. Sorry for cutting in.

And to find the leak, I was always told by my shop techer to spray carb cleaner on / around the vacuum lines. When the RPM picks up you'll know where the leak is.

What are the compression numbers? Did you check the TID like I told you to do in your last thread? Why have you started multiple threads describing exactly the same problem then abandon them?

im sorry kris. i had my car checked out by jay up here who says he knows you. he said its a good engine and that it looks like over anything its a vacuum issue and not a compression problem. And i found out the car is not the same as the one that you had before, as for who did the streetport i have no clue who did what as well as no papers to prove it.

that being said, i wanted support on weather or not i really need upgraded injectors and fuel pump to keep the car running. I did check the TID and i didnt see any abnormalities or cracks.

As you were told in your other thread, if you intend on pushing 10psi, then you need to upgrade your injectors and fuel pump. This is modifying 101

I have not sold a TII vert, I was trying to figure out if we built the engine as you were stating in your other threads. Jay knappenberger (sp?), if so how does he know it is a "good engine" by looking at it? I can't even do that magic trick. So you do or don't have compression #'s?

i wasnt intending on running 10psi, thats just what the guy i bought it from currently has it set on. and the name is jamal, im not sure of his last name. ill get the compression # as soon as i can. ive been looking for one to rent but the local mureys changed policies.

i know you didnt sell the vert, i just cant get in touch with the original owner (the guy who did the swap).
