under the oil filter is the metering pump right and right under it is a small connecter that seams to be attached it is unplugged with no sign of a mate!
what is this could it be fouling out my plugs so bad that im having no ignition

Under the oil filter is the oil pressure sender... the MOP is on the front passengers side of the motor (in north america).
Chances are (but it is hard to say without knowing the color of the wire
) that the loose wire is for the oil pressure gauge.
