Still 3800 rpm bog after grounding?! Help!

Hi all,
I'm new to FC's (started with Hondas, moved on to Nissan's, first Mazda) but I think im doing pretty good so far. I'm doing a bit of a restomod as a tribute to a family friend that passed away. Car is an 88 GTU.

I've read the Aaroncake write up a bunch and did most of the re-grounds including the dreaded under manifold ecu ground. I just buttoned everything back up, took it for a drive, and boom. Same issue.

Is there anything else that can be done to fix the hesitation? I think I briefly saw someone mention that the 5th and 6th ports could be clogged? Does anyone know of a write up for that?

Thanks in advance!
