Angry Starting Problems and Rev Stall Problems, already Searched

I've just installed a s4 j-spec engine and have come across afew problems. The first problem would probably be with the starting issue.

I've taken off the oil injectors and is running premix with "Bombardier Formula XP-S II". Is this the correct premix oil? I'm using a 1 oz to 1 gallon ratio. When I try to start in a cold start the car fires up. But if i decide to turn it off for a few minutes and start it again, it chokes and dies. We would have to wait about and hour for the engine to clear, even clearing it with the injector fuses out.

Secound if we can get the car to fire, i can't rev it pass 2k or it will stall. I've checked and people said that i could be my afm or ingintion. But i believe the ingintion box is fine and I'm using my friend's afm which works on his car. I've also checked for vaclum leaks and couldn't find anything.

My last idea would be the timming. We were able to get the car to warm to set the timming. But we were only able to set the timming at 1k because the car would not idle below it. Tps and Bac has been check.

I"m just out of ideas and it's been two weeks already trying to fire this up and get her running smoothly. I'm out of ideas.

1) If it's 2 stroke "TCW-3" (or something like TCW... TWC... w/e) then it's the correct stuff.

2) Dunno, I'm having trouble with my own idle problems.

So I decided to double check my spark. We pulled the spark plugs out and there was oil residue in the front two spark plugs showing that it was getting fuel and spark and combusting. But when we pulled the plugs in the rear they were wet and showed no signs of combustion. We checked to see all spark plugs sparked, and they did. To note I have a Crane ignition box in the leading coils.

There's a set of images somewhere that explain how to set the timing more or less properly without a timing light - "Set up the CAS like this. Insert. Adjust to here." Stuff like that.

Clean the plugs off. If they're fouled, it may just end up getting worse & worse (misfires, fouls worse, misfires more, etc).

When the engine is running, does the diagnostic connector show anything wrong? Build a diagnostic tester from a few LEDs, and see if it's complaining about anything in specific.

Sounds like major vac leaks and the injectors are leaking (or even jammed stuck on).

Can't be injectors they were clean and rebuilt by rc. Major vacum leak, how would that explain the rear rotor not combusting?

If i overported my wastegate, would that cause the s4 turbo not to spool enough air when i step on the gas, thus flooding the engine and stalling it?
