starting problems
I live in PA, where we are having our share of artic weather this week. Yesterday, before work I went out to start the car (86, na) and let it warm up. When I turned the key it hesitated and then started up. On the way home from work, it did them same and took and extra second or two more to start. When I got home, I was curious about the hesitation of the car to start, so once again I turned the car off and tried to restart it. But this time nothing happens. After a few more times of the same, I popped the hood to give everything a peek. Everything looked fine, battery cables where on tight, the water in all the cells are fine. No loose connections anywhere that I saw. I tried again and still nothing. My radio, idiot gauge, volt meter, and alarm all still work, so the car is getting power; but for ***** and giggles I tried to jump the car anyway... nothing. Im now assuming that it is the starter, thats all I can think of. If anyone has any other ideas, or thoughts they would like to share, then please by all means do share... Thank you everyone for hearing my whine.
