Starting Problem
Ok here is how it is,
Last i drove my car was on easter sunday and it ran perfectly, satarted first time everything.
I have half a tank of fuel and battery is charged.
Now heres my problem,
Yesterday i went to start my car. i put the Key in and turn it over. I getnoise from the starter motor but my engine doesnt kick over So im guessing im not getting a spark. What do you think could cause this problem?
old spark plugs?
Faulty leads?
I have had enough time to check the spark plugs or leads due to working full time and having no time. But i was wondering if its not that then could it be something else?
I own a series 5 RX7 import.
Cheers

i doubt it would be flooded cos no one has been in the car since easter sunday. ill check all the fuses and leads + spark plugs. but could it be anything else? how can u tell its its flooded? and another thing is my engine isnt kicking over?

thats the same damn thing that happend to my car. last i drove it was around easter let it sit for like 3 or 4 days go to start it and its like it had no compression. so after cranking for a while it finally started. dont know what the hell happend but maybe you should try it .
you dont. mine sounded like it wasnt even turning over but it wasnt making **** compression. just turn the key and keep the starter going and keep giving full throttle for a like 4 seconds and let off do this over and over and you should hear it start to crank over a little
