starting issues

its a 10th a.e new plugs and wires its gettin fuel but the car wont start, i checked to see if wires are getting power and they are. what is my problem?

vacuum leak maybe, check ur hoses

how can i tell if i have a vacum leak.
the car sounds health and wants to start. but it just wont turn over. ill try and get a vid.
