Starting Issue - Ignition, ecu

Hey guys,
Recently picked up an fc with sketchy wiring, everything's connected except the ignition, there is a red/ black wire that's just hanging there from the back of the ignition where does this have to go? and how do i get power to the ecu so i can turn the key and start the car.???

The factory wiring diagram for your car is available- for free!- from foxed.ca (along with the service manual, technical specs and parts fische).
Download them all and spend some time getting familiar with your new car because you're gonna need 'em.

rotaryheads.com will give you all pdf service manuals and wire diagrams Check in the front fuse box for the main 80 amp fuse to still be good. are you getting any power? is it cranking? a little more specific will help a lot.
