starting issue, flooding

my problem is it started a few days ago and since then the engine isnt even trying. it seems like we built compression with ATF fluid(i tihnk we put way too much in) but yesterday we put about a capful into each of the leading plug holes, and now all compression is lost. im fearing the worst(bad seals)
