Question Stark white wheels?

Hey guys, a friend of mine sold me some wheels that look exactly like my S4 Turbo 2 wheels, except that they are completely covered in a stark white coating. He said that they come from a special edition RX-7, and I just saw an article with the 10th AE RX-7 in it and noticed that they look exactly the same. Are these the same wheels? Are they worth anything? I have a set of GTUs wheels that i am using, so I have no use for these wheels.

Are these wheels worth anything? I'm just looking to sell them. I don't need them anymore.

Yes, the 10thAE wheels are white S4 TII Turbine wheels. It is also possible that they are just stock S4 wheels painted white.

No, these came from a car with the same color. I don't have a digi cam, so I don't have pics right now. I'll get some soon. I'll have to borrow a cam.

How would I be able to tell if they are genuine 10th AE wheels?

heh, thats kinda why i said they might be painted white, because i dont think there is a way to tell... But i dont know why anyone would bother, maybe to jack up the price of them by saying they came from a special edition rx7... The 10thAE wheels should have been painted Crystal White. I think there was some sort of shiny flake type stuff in it, i dont know much about paint lol. You could look for that, cant get that from a rattle can.

I spoke to my friend and he told me that these wheels did in fact come from one of his 10th AEs. I was doubtful at first because he only charged me $50 for all four wheels, but they are the real thing! And yes, they do have a pearlescent look to them. It is incredible. They are in excellent condition. I guess I should have expected it from a guy who literally gave me an RX-7 for free.

I'm stuck between selling these things or keeping them. These are pretty rare to be found in good condition, right?

How much would you charge for all of them? Are the tires on them any good? I just bought a 10AE and a spare set of rims would be awesome to have! PM me.

I like my GTUs wheels alot more. The only reason I would seriously run these wheels, is if I wanted a genuine 10th AE look. That would be priceless. I just wish i could afford a genuine 10th AE.

You made a killing finding one with mileage that low n4ji.
