Stantionary Gears?

Is there anyone who is clued up on the S5 and S6 Stantionary gears?

I am trying to get hold of some Hardened Gears and have been told with minor mods you can use the S6 (13b-rew) Gears that are hardend as stock.

Is there anyone that has both types that can compare them to check the diffrences?

Thanks.

The S6 gears are the hardened type but if you want to use them you will also need the S6 eccentric shaft. The bearings are different between the two. The S6 are larger so the S5 e-shaft won't work. If you wan't to keep you e-shaft then you will have to do some modifying for clearances to make the proper setup work. I believe Mazdatrix has an explanation of this on their website.
