Stalls right after boost (if I let it)
Here's the scenario.
Lets say I'm boosting thru the 1st fewgears and, oops, there's a stop sign. Immediately I push in the clutch and it gradually drops to idle and continues to stall.
Lets say I'm boosting on an open road and decide, "this time I'll ride the speed limit" ... I shift up to the next gear and ride normal for a few seconds, then I push in my clutch and it drops down to (and holds) idle.
Is my BOV maybe in need of adjustment? (ie venting for too long?)
thanks

sounds liek it's not tight enough... venting too much air after boost. you should tighten it incrementally until you get to idle nicely after boost. But not so tight that your turbo flutters.

it must of had something stuck in there holding the valve slightly open. WD-40 probabaly dissolved it away. That's why when you buy a used BOV, it's suggested that you clean it with kerosene before you install it.
